• I would like everyone to please pray for the Currie family as we all are dealing with the passing of Harvey Currie on Wednesday january 13th, 2010.

• I would like to ask all my brothers and sisters in Christ to please pray for my cousin Cynthia that was diagnosed with breast cancer. She is not able to have surgery yet because the doctors decideds to start with chemotherapy first to help with the inflammation. She will eventually have a double masectomy. She has two young children age 8 and 4. Plese keep them in your prayers.

• Please pray for my sister-inlaw who will be having surgery on Monday 04/13/09 @ 12:30 to remove a tumor from her brain. The tumor is the size of a goft ball and it is located on the frontal part of the brain. The Drs. do not know whether it is cancerours (spelling). Keith's brother and sister-inlaw live in Houston, Tx.

• I received a call this morning that my sister-in-law Kathleen is in the hospital and diagnosed with cancer of the brain (frontal lobe). The doctor indicates the cancer is the size of a golf ball and is the most agressive form of cancer. Surgery will occur sometime next week. Please pray for that the LORD will bring miraculous healing since the prognosis is not very good. Thank you for your paryers on her behalf.

• Hi, Rick and/or Dawna! I don't have a prayer request at this time, just a question. Some time ago, I went onto the website of the Sacramento Central Church, Doug Batchelor's church, to look at something. I noticed that they printed a notice in their bulletin every week for people to please turn off their cell phones while in the church building. I mentioned it to the bulletin secretary at Startup, and he put it in that bulletin every week. Do you think that's something you would consider putting in our church bulletin? Of course, it will take the members awhile to get used to turning them off each week. Thank you for considering this request! See you Sabbath! Val
